That’s why we created Talent First Marketing, business-oriented brand marketing services for all relevant segments – enabling artists to fully focus on their creativity while turning their brand into a unique and truly distinctive voice. 

TFM & EAT: EAT MUSIC has successfully worked with national and international talents for over 15 years. With about 300 concerts of its band roster per year, EAT MUSIC has tremendous first-hand experience with the varied marketing challenges and opportunities current talents are confronted with.

With Talent First Marketing (TFM), EAT MUSIC expands its existing service portfolio to support talents more effectively in meeting the rapidly changing demands of modern marketing. 


Talent First Marketing is led by Hendrik Wippermann, founder and CEO of EAT MUSIC, and Max Piprek, who has extensive experience in PR, advertising, and innovation consulting.

While Wippermann successfully represents globally renowned bands such as Wolfmother, Kyle Gass, and The Last Internationale, Max Piprek brings diverse experience in crafting and managing marketing and advertising campaigns for global brands like Mondelez International, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, AB InBev, and BASF. 

TFM was spun off in spring 2025 and offers a comprehensive full-service package to artists of all genres. The services cover strategy and implementation in the following areas: Socials/Paid Ads, Brand Relations, DSP, Digital Release Management, Music PR, and Inno-Consulting.
